As a toddler mum, FIFO partner and owner of 2 businesses, I know what it’s like to be pressed for time. Going for a long walk or squeezing in an hour-long gym sesh just isn’t always possible.

But what I know to be true, from personal experience and from working with brilliant women just like you, is that it IS possible to integrate movement into your life and stay consistent, even with a full schedule – when you know how.
